Service was great. Work was completed in a timely manner, it seems to have been done properly, , customer service was great, the shop was clean, and I was informwaxx DC kept I formed of all work that needed to be done. Just seemed a little over-priced.

Took my ford escape to them and they were amazing! They were quick to get an estimate and had the repair done just as timely. They informed me of other work needed due to the amount of miles but didn't pressure me to get it done. I like the all in pricing given during the estimate and even the honesty when all parts weren't needed. I was also given a loaner car! I will be using their services when needed in the future as well as telling all my friends.
